Job Description:

Responsible for general admin duties with related duties.

  • Perform dedicated customer service.
  • Prepare monthly billings & send to owners
  • Handle all general administrative work
  • Assist in handling complaints from residents.
  • Send reminders to defaulters & follow-up calls.
  • Receive daily payments & issuance of official receipts
  • Receive, update & keep proper records of all payments and deposits collected.
  • Attending calls & email inquiry.

Requirement:

  • Language: Bahasa Melayu , English
  • Qualification: SPM / STPM / Diploma.

Alternate Saturday / half day

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1, RM2,800.00 per month

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
