Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Recreation Assistant. The Recreation Assistant will oversee and support recreational activities, ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional service. Daily responsibilities include engaging with guests, coordinating activities, assisting with recreational equipment, and maintaining safety standards during recreational operations. The individual will play a key role in enhancing guest experiences within the leisure facilities.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Recreation and Lifeguarding
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Basic understanding or experience in Golf is an advantage
  • Attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to respond effectively in an emergency
  • Ability to work on-site in Seremban and collaborate with a diverse team
