Primary Objective

Drive the acquisition of new mortgage loans by achieving personal sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in helping customers realize their homeownership goals while cross-selling MRTA products to achieve the required penetration rate.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mortgage Financial Targets

  • Achieve assigned personal sales targets for mortgage loans.
  • Attain and maintain a minimum MRTA penetration rate of 80% through proactive cross-selling and customer engagement.

2. Sales Productivity & Business Development

  • Deliver a minimum monthly sales productivity of RM2.5 million in mortgage loans.
  • Build and sustain strong business relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, lawyers, valuers, and real estate agents, to drive continuous business opportunities.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.

3. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, external regulatory requirements, and credit and service standards.
  • Exercise due diligence in all Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, including account openings, verification of documents, and reporting of suspicious transactions.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure all customer income documents are properly verified and original-sighted.
  • Conduct thorough face-to-face interviews with customers to ensure authenticity and understanding of loan requirements.
