Job description:

  • Process customer POs by creating Sales Orders, invoices, and Credit Notes accurately and on time.
  • Acknowledge and update orders, monitor changes, and keep systems updated.
  • Verify returns/rejections and ensure timely issuance of Credit Notes.
  • File and track all documents (PODs, POs, SOs, invoices) neatly and systematically.
  • Support QC by checking items and logging inspection results accurately.
  • Perform storekeeping: receive, check, label, and organize stock to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Monitor spare part usage and assist with timely reordering.
  • Fully support sales operations with precise data entry, documentation, and coordination.
  • Handle any other tasks as assigned.
