Admin Assistant

Job description:
- Process customer POs by creating Sales Orders, invoices, and Credit Notes accurately and on time.
- Acknowledge and update orders, monitor changes, and keep systems updated.
- Verify returns/rejections and ensure timely issuance of Credit Notes.
- File and track all documents (PODs, POs, SOs, invoices) neatly and systematically.
- Support QC by checking items and logging inspection results accurately.
- Perform storekeeping: receive, check, label, and organize stock to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Monitor spare part usage and assist with timely reordering.
- Fully support sales operations with precise data entry, documentation, and coordination.
- Handle any other tasks as assigned.
