About the role

We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive at CARPRO MALAYSIA. This is a full-time, office-based role in Setia Alam, Shah Alam. You'll join our sales & marketing team to develop new business, grow existing accounts, contribute to social media marketing, and support customer visits. The focus is online and phone-based selling—turning enquiries into orders and helping us scale across Malaysia. If you enjoy sales conversations and closing deals from the office, this role is for you.

What you'll be doing

· Reach out to leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media

· Qualify prospects, meet customers, and close deals

· Reply to enquiries, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into orders

· To work with the team to produce marketing content and create promotion that supports sales growth.

· Maintain relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases

What we're looking for

· More than 2 years' experience in sales/marketing or strong internship/part-time experience (fresh grads are welcome to apply)

· Clear, confident, and positive communicator on calls and messages

· Organized and consistent with follow-ups; independent and comfortable working to targets

· Languages: English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus
