Employee Relations Officer

  • Conflict Resolution: Handle grievances, mediate conflicts between employees and management, and conduct investigations into workplace issues.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and implement company employee policies.

  • Employee Support: Foster a harmonious workplace and enhance team collaboration.
