We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage thefull spectrum of payroll and foreign worker administration. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance and hands-on experience in payroll processing and foreign worker management.

Job Description:

Payroll Management

  • Handle full set of payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage statutory contributions and submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance and leave systems
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Foreign Worker Administration

  • Manage all matters related to foreign workers (recruitment, permit renewals, medical check-ups, accommodation, etc.).
  • Liaise with government authorities such as JTK, Immigration Department and FWCMS.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of foreign worker employment status and documentation.
  • Coordinate with agencies on new applications, extensions and repatriations.

HR Operations & Support

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding and other HR administrative duties.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company HR policies.
  • Support HR reporting and data management activities.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in payroll and foreign worker management.
  • Proficient in HR/payroll software and MS Office applications.
  • Good knowledge ofLabour Law and statutory requirements.
  • Meticulous, organized and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
