Setel serves customers across Malaysia by powering one app as the constant companion to ease motorists' journey across fueling, parking, EV charging, motor insurance, road tax, auto assistance, general purchases, and more across an ecosystem of PETRONAS petrol stations, retail partners, and online merchants.

In this role you will:

• Assist in the launch and optimisation of paid digital ad campaigns via Google Ads, Meta, SEO and any other programmatic strategies supporting awareness, acquisition, conversion and retention objectives.
• Manage and monitor key metrics like CAC (CPA), CTR, ROAS, rating of App, ranking of search keywords and any other relevant reports using GA4, Google, and SEO vendors.
• Collaborate with other internal marketing divisions to deliver high-performing assets.
• Assist in planning for tactical campaigns and retargeting strategies aligned with campaigns and seasonal promos.
• Support in the planning and execution of events, roadshows and roving activations or any other community engagement efforts to boost Setel's awareness and adoption.
• Execute seamless on-ground activation experiences from set-up, logistics and crew.
• Manage and keep track of all merchandise inventory.
• Execute any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
• Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
• Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

You're a great fit if you have/are:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Multimedia or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum internship duration of 4-6 months
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others and build relationships with employees.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic Editing skills in Canva, or InShot
• Proficiency of editing in Adobe Photoshop is a bonus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
