The Assistant Community Manager supports the daily operations of the co-working space, ensuring members enjoy a seamless, engaging, and productive experience. The role combines hospitality, administration, and community engagement — creating a welcoming environment where professionals, startups, and teams can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Engagement & Member Experience

  2. Build strong relationships with members to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction.

  3. Assist in onboarding new members and conducting orientation tours.
  4. Plan and support community events, workshops, and networking sessions.

  5. Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere that reflects the space's brand and culture.

  6. Operations & Facility Management

  7. Oversee day-to-day operations including reception, workspace cleanliness, and meeting room readiness.

  8. Handle mail, courier, and front-desk inquiries efficiently.
  9. Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and security vendors to ensure a professional environment.

  10. Monitor inventory of pantry items, office supplies, and marketing materials.

  11. Sales & Administrative Support

  12. Assist in managing member inquiries, tours, and walk-ins.

  13. Support the Community Manager in tracking occupancy, renewals, and new memberships.
  14. Prepare invoices, update member databases, and maintain accurate records.

  15. Help implement promotional campaigns and social media updates as required.

  16. Team Collaboration

  17. Work closely with the Community Manager to execute strategies for retention and growth.

  18. Provide feedback and suggestions for service improvements.

  19. Support the wider operations team during events or peak periods.

  20. Any other related job tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, office management, or co-working operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
