Job Requirement

  • A minimum of a Degree in any field, with degrees in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is required.
  • Experience with ERP systems and production planning software is a plus.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage and supervise a production team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of specific quality and regulatory standards such as IATF 16949 certification is expected.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

Job Responsibility

  • Establish and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource usage.
  • Monitor and adjust production schedules based on daily needs.
  • Manage workforce efficiency and set productivity goals for teams.
  • Resolve production delays and issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure that all products meet quality control standards.
  • Manage manufacturing costs, including justifying overtime and reducing cycle times.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.
  • Report on production performance and provide updates to manager
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects, such as developing process flows and value stream mapping.
  • Implement procedures that improve efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety precautions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM3,800.00 per month
