Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Dell EMC Storage technologies such as Dell EMC Unity, VMAX, and PMAX.
  • Manage and support Pure Storage arrays (X70, X90), including provisioning, storage protection groups, and snapshots.
  • Configure and troubleshoot storage protocols and file systems including iSCSI, FC, NFS, CIFS/SMB, S3, and FCIP.
  • Perform storage provisioning and troubleshooting across server platforms such as Solaris, AIX, VMware, and AS400.
  • Administer and manage UNIX, VMware File Systems, and Oracle ASM File Systems, including disk management utilities.
  • Handle Cisco MDS SAN administration including zoning, VSAN configuration, port-channel setup, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Support and manage disaster recovery solutions including SRDF/S, SRDF/A, Concurrent SRDF, and RecoverPoint appliances.
  • Administer TimeFinder, SnapVX, Clones, and Unity Snapshots for data protection and replication.
  • Execute storage migrations and storage array controller version upgrades with minimal downtime.
  • Provide NAS storage administration (Unity, VMAX-3 ENAS, NetApp) to ensure availability and performance.
  • Manage incident and change management, assessing risks and ensuring compliance with ITIL processes.
  • Provide 24x7 on-call rotational support in a global enterprise environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Cohesity Smart Files administration.
  • Experience with Zerto Replication Software for virtual machine recovery and replication.
