Job responsibilities:
- Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors. Following up & track solutio end of life date.
- Contract Management: Reviewing, and managing contracts with suppliers, ensuring terms and condition meet company requirements
- Procurement Processes: Manage procurement processes in demand & assessment (TPRM & TPCRM), ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking OE OPEX and preparing upcoming renewal info for OE approval purposes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business objectives. Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery
Job requirements:
- Educational Background: A higher education degree in a technical or business field, or a comparable discipline
- Work Experience: Relevant experience in procurement or a related role is desirable
- Negotiation and Financial Analysis: Ability to apply negotiation skills and conduct financial analysis effectively
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills to engage with suppliers and internal stakeholder

Pay: RM8, RM10,500.00 per month
