We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Finance & Account Intern with a strong interest in financial /accounting transactions to ensure completeness, integrity, accuracy and reliability of the accounting records for both external and internal reporting purposes.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations (data entry, document management, filing system)
  • Help manage petty cash, claims documents, AP payment, AR Report and etc.
  • Support admin duties such as document organization and office coordination
  • Assist with reporting and other ad-hoc tasks from the finance team
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Provide general support to the Finance team on administrative or data-related tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or any related fields
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good in communication skills Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Proficient in Mandarin is a bonus to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and driven to improve.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and responsible.
