About the role

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join the dynamic team at ROHE INTERIOR SDN BHD'. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to support the business's growth objectives. This is a full-time position based in Puchong, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and analysing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making
  • Monitoring and optimising the company's cash flow and financial performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial controls
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to the management team
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Leading and mentoring junior members of the finance team
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a management accounting or budgeting role, preferably within the interior design or construction industry
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations
  • Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Thorough understanding of relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Proven track record of leading and developing finance teams
