Job Description:

* Develop and oversee financial strategies to achieve business objectives.

* Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

* Monitor financial performance by analyzing and interpreting financial data.

* Prepare and review consolidated financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

* Structure financial activities and transactions to optimize valuation for potential investors or stakeholders.

* Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

* Oversee the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax filings.

* Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.

* Manage cash flow, investment, and risk management activities.

* Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

* Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

* Handle ad-hoc managerial duties as required.

Requirements

* Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/MIA/CIMA/ACCA/bachelor's in finance/accounting or similar professional qualification.

* Proven experience as a Financial Manager.

* Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

* In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills.

* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

* A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work as a team player, self-motivated and disciplined
