Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee the finance team to ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly and annual closing activities.
  • Establish robust financial reporting processes and conduct periodic reviews of key statements.
  • Deliver insightful analysis and management reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain strict compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies.
  • Coordinate audits, statutory submissions, and tax obligations to meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on financial matters, including planning, budgeting, and performance improvement.
  • Manage banking relationships and optimize cash flow through effective receivables and vendor oversight.
  • Identify operational risks and opportunities, recommending initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build capability and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior leadership on transformation projects and special financial initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, complemented by a recognized professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, including at least 3 years managing teams.
  • Exposure to multinational operations and experience handling complex, multi-entity or multi-country environments is advantageous.
