Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Paradigm Mall, Johor Bahru. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, service coordination, and ensuring a smooth service experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Engagement & Support

  2. Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face interactions.

  3. Provide accurate and clear information regarding Samsung products, service options, repair status, and warranty policies.

  4. Address customer concerns, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.

  5. Product & Service Knowledge

  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Samsung's product range (mobile, TV, home appliances, accessories).

  7. Educate customers on device setup, functions, and available service packages.

  8. Service Coordination

  9. Assist in scheduling repairs and monitoring job progress.

  10. Coordinate with technicians and parts admin to ensure timely service.

  11. Keep customers informed on job updates and collection status.

  12. Administration & Reporting

  13. Accurately document customer details, service records, and communications.

  14. Prepare and submit daily service logs and reports.

  15. Service Excellence

  16. Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service and professionalism.

  17. Uphold company standards and maintain a positive brand image at all times.


Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field (experience in electronics/mobile-related roles is a plus)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset

  • Proficient in basic computer usage and customer support systems

  • Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply


Working Hours

  • Shift 1: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

  • 6 working days per week (including weekends, on rotational basis)
