Role Description

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is a plus
  • Experience in handling customer queries in the technology sector is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a bonus
