Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for each Sales Representative located in Johor Bahru and Batu Pahat. The role involves managing client relationships, generating sales leads, meeting client needs through tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will also conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services. Administrative tasks, such as reporting and maintaining accurate sales records, will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and lead generation
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential opportunities
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and preparing sales reports
  • Prior experience in packaging or a related industry is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in relevant digital tools and CRM software is preferred
