Our client "Ritma Prestasi" is seeking a Sales Representative (Southern Area) to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Drive sales growth: Develop and achieve sales targets set by the company, identifying new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Build relationships: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Expand product knowledge: Continuously learn about the latest product developments and brand strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Conduct sales calls: Visit clients and make sales calls following company procedures, representing the brand professionally.
  • Provide market insights: Contribute valuable market information to align with company business development strategies.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Science or a related field. This educational foundation will help you understand the technical aspects of animal healthcare products.
  • Sales experience: At least 1-2 years of working experience in Sales. However, candidates with no prior experience are also welcomed to apply if they demonstrate strong potential and enthusiasm for the role.
  • Communication skills: Effective and impactful communication abilities to engage with clients and team members.
  • Self-discipline: Good time management and self-motivation to work effectively under flexible hours.
  • Mobility: Possess own transport and willingness to travel frequently in the Southern Area.
  • Language proficiency: Good command of Mandarin, English, and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin is particularly important to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
