Sales Representative (Halal Product) *2

Salary Range: RM4000 - RM6000 (Basic Salary) + Sales Commission + Transport Allowance + Handphone Allowance

Working Location: We need 1 in Johor and 1 in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales channels and manage relationships with existing distributors to ensure effective distribution of halal products.
  • Strategize and implement merchandising plans tailored to retail environments, optimizing product visibility and sales performance.
  • Drive the promotion of new products through targeted marketing campaigns, promotional events, and collaborations with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market research to gather insights into consumer behavior, competitor activity, and industry trends, guiding strategic decision-making.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and proactively seeking feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics and operations teams to streamline processes, optimize inventory management, and ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Adhere to instructions from superiors, contribute ideas and solutions to team objectives, and actively participate in achieving organizational goals.
  • Responsible for both modern trade and general trade for West Malaysia region.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in Business or Marketing or related qualification.
  2. Excellence in Communication Skills, Customer Relationship Management Skills.
  3. Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English and Malay (Mandarin is compulsory to communicate with our China stakeholders)
  4. Proficient in Computer Skills (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, Editing Apps etc).
  5. Possess own transport with valid license.
  6. Strong analytical, negotiation, written and verbal communications skills.
  7. Must at least have 1-2 years or higher sales/marketing experience in food industry.
