We are seeking a talented and creative Designer with strong skills in AutoCAD and 3DS Max to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing interior and architectural drawings, developing 3D visualizations, and supporting the overall design process from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD.


• Develop 3D models, visualizations, and renderings using 3DS Max (V-Ray/Corona preferred).


• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.


• Produce layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for approval and construction.


• Create conceptual designs, mood boards, and material selections for presentations.


• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for material specifications and finishes.


• Ensure all drawings and models follow company standards and project timelines.


• Assist in design revisions and documentation as required.

Requirements:


• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.


• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, and rendering software (V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent).


• Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit is an added advantage.


• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and construction detailing.


• Good visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.


• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in design or architecture (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered).
