Objective: To oversee and optimize the Setting and Brushing operations, ensuring high product quality, efficiency, and continuous technical improvement

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the Setting and Brushing production lines, ensuring product quality and efficiency.
  2. Develop, implement, and optimize technical processes and SOPs for Setting and Brushing operations.
  3. Lead the technical team to troubleshoot production issues, improve yield and reduce waste.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards in all operations.
  5. Provide training and technical guidance to technicians and operations.
  6. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop new fabric finishing techniques.
  7. Monitor machine performance, schedule maintenance, and recommend equipment upgrades.
  8. Prepare technical reports, analysis, and improvement proposals for management review.

Job Duties:

  1. Ensuring the production capacity and product quality meet the target.
  2. To monitor cost, losses, and cost of department.
  3. To attend weekly production meetings for review on products quality, output the report, manpower issues, housekeeping and maintenance schedules.
  4. To implement the necessary safety awareness to all personnel in Finishing and Setting Department. To develop and assign for on-job-training program to all production employees.
  5. Timely reporting to the management on tasks accomplished.
  6. 5S Implementation within the department.
