About your role

  • Dispatch all cars from branch/yard to another branch/yard
  • Arrange cars at branch/yard
  • Carry out bank settlement duties daily
  • Attend Puspakom, JPJ and government bodies task if required
  • Check car in and car out record to ensure all listed vehicles same as physical vehicles
  • Identify company vehicles that required parking charges and ensure parking coupon placement to avoid parking summons
  • Prepare and keeping documentation for related activities
  • Protect company assets and ensure their efficient use
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information
  • Maintaining a good attendance record.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • SPM Qualification: Score a Grade B in both English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Must poses a valid Drivng License: B2 and D
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Business Support or field like the job scope

Preffered Skills

  • Documents checklist handling
  • Communication skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Must be a male candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,100.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Setia Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
