The Opportunity

We're looking for a Freelance Brand Designer to collaborate with us on a project basis. You'll help shape brand worlds from the ground up—designing thoughtful, distinctive identities that translate seamlessly across both digital and physical touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone who is conceptually strong, visually refined, and dependable in execution. You understand that brand identity isn't just a logo—it's a system that needs to live beautifully everywhere, from screen to real-world applications.

What You'll Do

  • Develop brand identity systems including logos, typography, colour, layout and visual language.
  • Create key brand assets such as brand guidelines, social templates, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
  • Translate strategy into clear visual directions and multiple design routes.
  • Work with our strategists, writers, and creative leads to refine concepts into cohesive identity systems.
  • Design identities that scale across a range of touchpoints—digital-first platforms (social, web, content) and physical applications (e.g., packaging, event, retail, OOH) when required.
  • Adapt and rollout brand systems across formats while maintaining craft and coherence.
  • Deliver final assets that are clean, consistent, and production/platform-ready.
  • Manage your own timelines and communicate progress clearly with our team.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7+ years experience in brand/identity design (agency or studio background a plus).
  • A strong portfolio showing end-to-end brand identity work (not just isolated logos).
  • Great visual instincts: typography, composition, hierarchy, colour, and system thinking.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Figma strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail—final files should be polished, well-structured, and easy to hand over.
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and able to present design thinking clearly.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding.

Nice to have

  • Experience with motion identity / basic animation.
  • Familiarity with digital-first brand rollouts (social, web, UI handoff).
  • Illustration or 3D as part of brand worlds.

Working Style & Logistics

  • Freelance / project-based.
  • Remote-friendly, Singapore time zone preferred (or similar overlap).
  • You'll be briefed by our team and plugged into a clear review + feedback process.
  • We value proactive communication, clean timelines, and design that feels considered—not rushed.
