Job Description

  • To assist the Manager/Assistant Manager in Financial and Management Reporting;
  • To assist in handling full sets of accounts, prepare monthly management reports, yearly budget, analysis and information for decision making;
  • To handle daily operational works of Finance Department including tax , e-invoicing and SST submissions;
  • To assist the Manager/Project Manager in any other ad-hoc projects as and when necessary; and
  • To assist in secretarial matters.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 2 to 3 years related working experience or financial service industry would be an added advantage;
  • Accountability, accepting absolute responsibility for all tasks assigned;
  • Good in time management and able to meet project deadlines;
  • Highly analytical, motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational skills, quick to learn new concepts and work independently;
  • Flexible, resourceful and passionate in his/her works;
  • Good command of English and able to write reports;
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office.
