About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager who is familiar with modern sales strategies and can bring fresh ideas to help grow our business. You will lead the sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive results in line with current market trends. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the Sales team to achieve targets.
- Promote company products and services; strengthen market presence.
- Handle sales inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Conduct market research and develop strategies to grow sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, revenue projections, and track budgets.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Finance, and Planning teams.
- Implement company initiatives while ensuring compliance with policies and ISO standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales management (wooden box or logistics experience is a bonus).
- Strong leadership skills with proven revenue growth track record.
- Strategic thinker with modern sales knowledge and innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Awareness of ISO 9001 & GDPMD requirements.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites.
Remuneration:
- Basic: RM6,000 – RM8,000 + commission (structure to be discussed)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
