Sales Manager

This position is responsible for driving business growth through proactive sales efforts, building strong client relationships, and managing the full sales process from prospecting to closing. You will collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to meet sales targets and expand the company's market reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales target every month (RM4 million) .
  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and take action when targets are not met.
  • Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve closing rates.
  • Ensure each sales staff meets their individual sales quota.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and support major negotiations.
  • Identify new customer segments, leads, and sales opportunities.
  • Oversee sales operations, appointments, and follow-up activities.
  • Ensure the sales centre is well-maintained and follows company SOPs.
  • Keep updated with product knowledge and ensure the team is well-informed.
  • Prepare sales reports and communicate results to management.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales approach accordingly.
  • Support sales events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Confident in presenting and negotiating with decision-makers.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
  • Understanding of B2B or B2C sales strategies depending on the company's industry.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings or events as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
