Job purpose:

Support master data maintenance in the AP region for all SBUs, functions, all geographies, etc. (Enterprise level) in a centralised, shared and standardised manner using standard processes and tools.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Master Data Maintenance activities; creation, update, deactivation, reactivation, request
  • Able to meet SLA requirement
  • Responsible for data quality and data accuracy
  • Support ERP system Implementation and centralization activities
  • Adheres to data policies and procedures

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to work with large volumes of data; sort, filter, pivot, summarize, error check, etc.
  • Ability to run basic queries over the data sets to extract information
  • Understand the underlying data structures and linkages within sub-set of data
  • Solid working knowledge of key policies and procedures

PERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
  • Self-starter, works independently
  • Demonstrated initiative, good judgment, and ability to achieve results

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent writing and spoken English and Chinese
