Responsibilities:

1. Energy Management Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in collecting and analysing energy consumption data (electricity, water, gas) from various meters and monitoring systems.
  • Energy Audits: Support senior engineers in conducting walk-through energy audits, identifying areas of energy wastage, and proposing improvement opportunities.
  • Report Preparation: Help in preparing energy performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
  • Project Support: Participate in energy-saving projects, which may include lighting retrofits, HVAC system optimisation, or renewable energy feasibility studies.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Contribute to the company's sustainability efforts by assisting in carbon footprint calculation and related documentation.
  • Research: Conduct research on the latest energy-efficient technologies, government incentives (e.g., from KeTTHA), and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a closely related field with a focus on energy management.

  • Technical Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of energy systems, including lighting, HVAC, and motors.

  • Familiarity with energy auditing principles and measurement techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and charting is essential.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required for local documentation and stakeholder engagement. Due to need assist
