Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, offering product or service information, and continuously working towards improving the customer experience. The Customer Service Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure a customer-centric approach in all operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Customer relationship management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in handling customer support software and tools
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to challenges, and stay solution-oriented
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
- Proficiency in English and additional language skills is an advantage
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
