JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's hotel and hostel brands, products, and services.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities to increase brand awareness and occupancy across various channels, including social media, online travel platforms, and print media.
  • Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, online advertisements, email marketing, and website content updates.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and other creative materials for marketing and promotional use.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and room packages, and prepare performance reports with improvement recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations team to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful execution of promotional plans.
  • Assist in creating internal marketing materials, brochures, and visual content for display and distribution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with different departments.
  • Proficiency in Canva / Photoshop / social media tools will be an added advantage.
