They're now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Accounting Officer
to join their growing team and support both finance and operational functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as part of their offshore support team.

ASW Global operates on a Hybrid model. During the probation period, you will be required to work full-time onsite. After this period, the role will transition to a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with a regular shift schedule of 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila / Kuala Lumpur time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting activities — including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Support month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Process sales and purchase orders while maintaining accurate customer accounts and payment records.
  • Coordinate local and interstate freight arrangements to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
  • Monitor stock levels, reconcile inventory, and maintain accurate costing and margin data.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of accounting experience, ideally within logistics, trading, or distribution industries.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting and inventory systems (e.g., Xero, Zoho, or Cin7).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong in data accuracy and analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across finance, sales, and operations teams
