Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertising Management

Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across social media, search engines, display networks, and e-commerce platforms. Ensure alignment with brand strategy and maximize ROI.

  • Content Strategy, Planning & Execution

Develop localized content and campaign strategies based on business objectives and audience insights. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent and effective multi-channel communication, and drive the on-ground execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning.

  • Marketing Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect and analyze marketing performance data. Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to support optimization efforts.

  • Project Management

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing projects.

  • Regional Oversight

Lead e-commerce advertising initiatives in SEA and collaborate with local media partners (such as Grab and TnG), while providing guidance and strategic support for marketing campaigns.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; strong familiarity with TikTok and its ad ecosystem is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management; prior experience in Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
  • Proficient in major advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads; data analytics experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowing Chinese is a strong plus
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills; strong team player with a proactive mindset.
