Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day client's account operations activities such as processing transactions, issuing cheque, updating ledgers, preparing payment vouchers etc
  • Overall responsible (key in & update) for client's day-to-day accounting functions and related duties including maintaining of the accounting system, preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, GL, AR and AP.
  • Prepare full set accounts and management report for clients spanning various industries
  • To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor / management

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as this position might requires effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Possess knowledge of accounting software (AutoCount) & proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel / Word)
  • Ability to work independently and flexible with good attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal / communication skills, Team player, Proactive and Positive work attitude.
