Job Summary:

Handles both office administration and basic accounting tasks to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

A. Administration

  • ◆ Filing documents (digital and physical)
  • ◆ Handling correspondence (emails, letters, calls)
  • ◆ Managing office supplies and equipment
  • ◆ Supporting HR tasks (leave records, onboarding documents)
  • ◆ Scheduling and organizing meetings

B. Accounting

  • ◆ Preparing and issuing invoices
  • ◆ Processing payments and expense claims
  • ◆ Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
  • ◆ Entering accounting data into the system
  • ◆ Assisting with payroll and basic reports

Skills Required

  • 1) Around 2 year of experience in an admin or accounts role is helpful.
  • 2) Basic accounting knowledge
  • 3) Good communication skills
  • 4) Familiar with MS Office and accounting software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
