Job Summary:
Handles both office administration and basic accounting tasks to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
A. Administration
- ◆ Filing documents (digital and physical)
- ◆ Handling correspondence (emails, letters, calls)
- ◆ Managing office supplies and equipment
- ◆ Supporting HR tasks (leave records, onboarding documents)
- ◆ Scheduling and organizing meetings
B. Accounting
- ◆ Preparing and issuing invoices
- ◆ Processing payments and expense claims
- ◆ Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
- ◆ Entering accounting data into the system
- ◆ Assisting with payroll and basic reports
Skills Required
- 1) Around 2 year of experience in an admin or accounts role is helpful.
- 2) Basic accounting knowledge
- 3) Good communication skills
- 4) Familiar with MS Office and accounting software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
Experience:
- Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)
- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
