Account cum Personal Assistant

Stag Match, a leading education provider in Singapore, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Personal Assistant operation cum Account Officer to manage our financial and administrative operations. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and Operation administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Finance:
- Manage full set accounting functions, including salary preparation.
- Generate and manage client invoices, ensuring timely payment.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and process payroll.
- Prepare monthly account reports.
- Administration & Operations:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the functional team.
- Maintain a proper filing system and organize and schedule meetings.
- Manage administrative documentation.
- Coordinate grant applications and submissions.
- Support daily operational tasks.
- Handle customer and administrative coordination.
- Project coordination
- Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Interact and coordinate effectively with clients and stakeholders on business and administrative matters.
- Respond to inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assist with the documentation and submission of reports to management.
- Not limited to the above
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of one year of related working experience in accounting.
- Experience with full set accounting is essential.
- Experience with WSQ administrative processes is an advantage.
- Possess good initiative, outgoing, and a great team player.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and general management skills.
- Adaptive to change with a positive work attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have some accounting experience.
