Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries including AP, AR, and general ledger updates.
- Prepare SOA and follow up on AR outstanding payments.
- Prepare online banking transactions for management approval.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on billing, statements, and payment matters.
- Prepare utilities billing, vehicle and properties insurance renewal.
- Complete the vendor registration, business documents, online portal application.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and general admin support.
- Prepare letters, basic reports, and documents for internal use.
- Assist in preparing documents required for auditors, banks, and management.
- Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations departments to collect required documents.
- Support management in ad-hoc tasks, reporting, and administration.
Education & Experience
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Administrative or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience in accounting or admin roles.
- Experience in using accounting software is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,600.00 per month
