About the role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Admin Account to join our team at AUTO JUNCTION (M) SDN. BHD.'. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice, payment voucher, and petty cash.
- Assist in preparing monthly account reports and reconciliation.
- Support administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and record keeping.
- Manage office supplies, correspondence, and general clerical work.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments when required.
- Assist the management team in any other ad-hoc duties.
What we're looking for
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of working experience in admin or accounting roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Familiar with accounting software such as SQL, Autocount, or Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
