Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Compiling and preparing the Daily Sales Report (DSR) for branches (by region).
  • To prepare business update for RCGM for the Monthly Meeting with GMD & Branch Managers.
  • Preparing monthly P&L and sales reports/YTD KRA performance of branches, to track and monitor their performance.
  • Assisting Regional Community General Manager on Sales activities planning (launches, campaign, roadshows, open house and etc.)
  • Gift items & reward vouchers tracking (Ensure stocks are in order with proper tracking template in-place).
  • Keep track on Branch Headcount, Annual Leaves, New Recruitment, Resignation Tracking.
  • PTOP procurement request.
  • Coordinate events/preparation with BMs.
  • Coordinating training for branches (mainly sales staff).
  • Housekeeping (Filing, arrangement of service and maintenance for air-conditioners, purchase of office stationery).
  • LMS Leads Tracking to ensure branches acted 100% on leads assigned to them.
  • Ad-hoc reports/tracking (Yearly Fixed Assets, Call Tree exercise, etc.)
  • Any others ad-hoc task assign from time to time.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

  • Work closely with BM on events/preparation for sales activities.

Qualification

  • Professional or tertiary qualification or related working experience.
  • Strong influencing, problem solving, people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills is an added advantage.
