Role Overview
tigerlab is scaling its global outbound engine. We're hiring a Senior Lead Generation Manager to own our outbound lead generation strategy end-to-end: from targeting and campaigns to pipeline creation and handover to Sales.
You will be the architect and operator of our lead engine—combining data-driven targeting, automation, and high-quality outreach to generate qualified leads that convert into discovery calls and, ultimately, deals. You work hand-in-hand with Sales to ensure every generated lead has a clear, structured path into the pipeline.
Mission
To build and run a predictable outbound lead generation machine that delivers a steady flow of qualified leads (as defined by our internal QL criteria and OKRs) for tigerlab's insurance technology solutions in Europe and North America.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Strategy & Ownership
Global Strategy: Design and execute the outbound lead generation strategy with a specific focus on Europe and North America.
- Targeting: Define and continuously refine ICP, segments, and personas (Insurers, MGAs, Brokers, Agencies).
Targets: Own quarterly lead targets (e.g., Qualified Leads aligned to company OKRs), including the specific management and weighting of Outbound Partner leads (0.25 per OP lead).
Campaigns, Prospecting & Execution
List Building: Build targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, and other data sources.
- Sequencing: Design, launch, and iterate multi-step outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) with strong personalization and clear value propositions.
AI Implementation: Use AI tools (e.g., ) to scale personalized outreach while maintaining quality and deliverability.
Tools, Automation & Data
HubSpot Architecture: Act as the HubSpot "Super Admin" for outbound: managing architecture, workflows, properties, routing, and reporting.
- Integration: Ensure all lead sources (Apollo, , Hunter, OPs, etc.) are correctly integrated into HubSpot and tracked.
Data Integrity: Own data hygiene and enforce a clean "source of truth" for marketing & sales.
Sales Collaboration & Lead Handover
Alignment: Work closely with Sales (AEs / Sales Directors) to align on qualified lead definitions, discovery call quality, and handover criteria.
- SLAs: Set up clear SLAs for lead follow-up and feedback loops on lead quality.
Routing: Ensure every generated lead is properly enriched, scored, and routed, so Sales can convert them into opportunities efficiently.
Performance, Reporting & Optimization
KPI Tracking: Track and report on:
- Leads generated by source & campaign.
- Discovery calls booked.
- Qualified Leads (including OP-weighted leads).
- Conversion to Opportunities and Pipeline Value.
- Testing: Run continuous A/B testing on messaging, sequences, and target segments to improve reply rates and QL conversion.
- Deliverability: Monitor email deliverability & domain health, taking proactive steps to stay out of spam.
Requirements
Experience & Background
- 5+ years in Lead Generation, Outbound/Demand Generation, or Sales/Revenue Operations.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building outbound programs that generate qualified pipeline for B2B SaaS or InsurTech (or similar complex B2B solutions).
- Market Experience: Hands-on experience targeting US/North American and/or European markets (understanding time zones, copy tone, and compliance).
Skills & Expertise
- HubSpot Mastery: Advanced proficiency in workflows, properties, lead scoring, automation, and reporting.
- Outbound Stack: Strong proficiency with Apollo, Hunter, ZoomInfo, and AI agents like
- Copywriting: Able to design effective multichannel outbound sequences and write compelling outreach copy that gets replies from senior stakeholders (C-level, VPs, Heads of Department).
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with funnel metrics, CAC, conversion rates, and data-driven decision-making.
