Kode Digital Sdn Bhd, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in George Town, Penang. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results for our diverse portfolio of clients.
What you'll be doing
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimise campaign performance
- Set up, monitor, and optimise campaign tracking and reporting to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance and return on investment (ROI)
- Provide regular performance updates and make recommendations to clients to ensure their marketing objectives are met
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in managing successful campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimise campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in using marketing automation and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager
- A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions
- Passion for the digital marketing industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
- Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
- Able to read and communicate in Chinese
