Associate / Sr Associate, Customer Support

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, live chats, and social media messages from customers related to loan applications, repayments, or account inquiries.
  • Guide customers through the loan application process, eligibility checks, and document submission requirements.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Credit, Collections, and Finance to resolve customer concerns or discrepancies.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests and ensure timely closure.
  • Provide product knowledge and promote suitable loan offerings to customers where appropriate.
  • Manage Customer promo & programs
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to discuss with management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, wherever necessary.
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Maintain Social Media accounts and regular posting
  • Communicate with existing client for testimonials.
  • Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  • Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
  • Prepare promotional presentations & designs

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.
  • Proactive and innovative startup mindset.
  • Creative, Proactive & Dynamic personality.
  • Self-organized person and Eager to learn.
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.).
