Solution Architect

Role: Solution Architect (Cloud Solutions)

Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that align with customer business needs.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle—from discovery and design to deployment, operations, and optimization.
• Provide consultative guidance to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with cloud technology trends and provide input to enhance OneCloud's solutions and offerings.
• Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and technical teams to align solutions with customer and organizational goals.
• Support technical operations or account management tasks as required by the Business Development Director.
• Ensure high standards of technical documentation and solution delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional certifications (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, etc.) are an advantage.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS), networking, storage, security, and automation frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Role: Marketing Specialist (Cloud / SaaS Sales) and Marketing Specialist (B2B Sales)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Manage digital marketing activities across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, EDM, SEO/SEM, etc.).
• Develop and deliver marketing content (articles, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, sales presentations) tailored to business needs.
• Coordinate and execute online and offline marketing events, including webinars, workshops, roadshows, and partner activities.
• Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, ROI, and engagement metrics to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and business teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.
• Support other marketing and business development initiatives as directed by the Business Development Director.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Must have 2–3 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, preferably in cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT services.
• Demonstrable skills in content creation, digital marketing, and event coordination.
• A quick learner with a strong desire to master the cloud and technology landscape.
• Proven track record in generating qualified leads through digital campaigns and events.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to articulate technical value propositions.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems).
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
