About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Record -to -Report (R2R) Manager to lead the overall R2R operations within their Shared Services Centre. This role is responsible for overseeing month -end closing, financial reporting, general ledger activities, and ensuring strong governance, compliance, and process optimisation across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the R2R team, ensuring timely and accurate month -end, quarter -end, and year -end closing activities.Oversee end -to -end GL processes including journal entries, reconciliation, fixed assets, inter -company transactions, and accruals.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and internal policies.Drive process improvements, automation, and standardisation across R2R processes.Collaborate closely with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations to resolve issues and support business decisions. RequirementsRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA) preferred.7–10 years of relevant experience in R2R, GL, or Financial ReportingExperience in a Shared Services or multinational environment is highly preferredStrong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and month -end processesHands -on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similarExcellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
