Position : Quality Management Representative (QMR)

Competency:

· Competence in AS9100 and ISO 9001 QMS and implementation

· Experience in maintaining QMS compliance to AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards

· Experience with audits by customers and certification body

· Positive attitude, able to work independently

· 10 years experience as QC/QA department lead

· Experience in failure analysis and close loop corrective action

· Experience in Quality Inspections (First Article, Incoming, In-process, Outgoing)

· Experience in 6 Quality Core Tools - APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC

· Experience in Quality Audit (supplier audit, customer audit, certifcation audit and internal audit)

· Familiar with CMM measurement method, concept and troublehooting.

· Competence with Engineering / Technical drawing with GD&T requirement

Responsibility:

· To maintain AS9100 & ISO 9001 QMS

· Responsible to plan and execute Internal Quality Audit & QMS Review Meeting

· Responsble for all audits by customers and certification body

· Responsbile to ensure all implementations within the company compliance to AS9100 & ISO 9001 standard requirements

· Overseeing QA and QC processes

· Liaise with customer & supplier on matter related to QC/ QA

· Troubleshoot measurement issues, quality issues and QC equipment issues

· Monitor corrective and preventive action reports and status

Authority:

· Stop noncompliance works and processes

· Stop unsatisfactory work

· Any other authority assigned by Managing Director from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
