DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage daily operations of the Company such as issuance of Invoices for delivery and Credit Notes for trade returns;
- To liaise and coordinate closely with Third Party Logistics so as to ensure that the goods are timely delivered to customers;
- To liaise and coordinate closely with Third Party Logistics so as to ensure that trade returns from customers are properly accounted for and in turn, returned to Principals on a monthly basis;
- To coordinate closely between sales team and customer and to follow up on customer orders, delivery etc.;
- To liaise and coordinate closely with Principals on preparation of indent and procurement;
- To coordinate closely with all departments and branch offices to ensure smooth operational matters;
- To compile sales and inventory reports on a timely basis and as and when required;
- To be actively involved in providing support to sales team;
- To ensure that all inventory and pricing directives are implemented by Third Party Logistics;
- To respond to business trends and to provide relevant information to the Management; and
- To perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
