Transaction Banking Cash Product Management - Sales

The Product Manager will play a key role in transforming payment capabilities in the Transaction Banking space build on the Malaysia payments landscape, aligning on best practices across the region that advance our payment solutions and elevate client experiences, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.

What you do:

• Develop and execute the payments product roadmap, including domestic, FX and cross-border payments for payments aligned with business goals and client needs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and development.
• Collaborate with product partners such as Sales, Treasury, Risk/ Compliance, Operations and Finance to understand client needs and ensure alignment of business requirements.
• Collaborate with product development, technology and customer experience teams to design and implement digital solutions.
• Advocate for customers' experience by incorporating feedback from customers to enhance product adoption and satisfaction.
• Oversee product launches and go-to-market strategies, measured by key success metrics.
• Drive training and awareness programs for internal stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, including pricing, profitability and performance monitoring, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Partner with Sales/ Relationship Managers in client pitches and provide tailor solutions suitable for relevant client segments.
• Provide product expertise during onboarding and assist in resolving escalated client issues.
• Ensure the product complies with relevant internal policies and external industry/ regulatory requirements.
   

Who you are:

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience with domestic and cross-border payment products, emerging payment technologies and a solid understanding of transaction banking systems, with an interest in new technologies to drive innovation in payments

• Minimum 7 years of product management experience, preferably within payments products in the banking industry covering FX, cross border and high value payments
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian payments landscape and regulations
• Highly aware of market trend, ecosystems' flows, new technologies, new Fintech products and advisory technologies
• Result-oriented to drive the key metrics assigned
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, and agility to adjust to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Mature, diligent, outcomes-driven, self-starter, all-round team-player.
