Job Overview
: This position is responsible for coordinating the company's daily administrative affairs and promoting the entire recruitment process. It requires adapting to the fast-paced work mode of the e-commerce industry and having strong stress resistance. Through efficient administrative support and recruitment execution, it helps the company's business operate stably and build the team's talent pool.

I. Job Responsibilities

(I) Administrative Sector

Responsible for the management of the company's daily office affairs, including but not limited to office environment maintenance, office supplies procurement and inventory management, to ensure sufficient supply of office materials and reasonable cost control;

Coordinate the company's meetings and activities, including meeting notice issuance, venue arrangement, meeting materials preparation, meeting minutes collation and follow-up work, to ensure the efficient conduct of meetings and activities;

Responsible for the collation, filing and storage of various company documents and contracts to ensure the integrity and security of document information;

Assist in handling the company's external liaison, visitor reception and other affairs, and maintain a good external image of the company;

Complete other temporary administrative work assigned by superiors.

(II) Recruitment Sector

According to the company's business development needs and the recruitment plans of various departments, formulate specific recruitment implementation plans, develop and maintain various recruitment channels(such as online recruitment platforms, social channels, internal recommendations, etc.) to ensure talent supply;

Responsible for resume screening, initial interview invitation, interview organization and coordination, accurately match job requirements, and provide high-quality candidate resources for the employing departments;

Follow up the progress of the interview process, timely feedback the interview results to candidates, and assist in completing candidate employment communication, entry procedures and probation follow-up work;

Responsible for the statistics and analysis of recruitment data, regularly output recruitment reports, optimize the recruitment process, and improve recruitment efficiency and quality;

Maintain the company's talent pool and do a good job in candidate relationship management.

II. Job Requirements

No age limit; college degree or above; at least 6 months of relevant work experience in administration or recruitment; experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred;

Language Ability: Fluent in Mandarin and Malay (good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills), able to carry out work proficiently in both languages; proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) is a plus;

Strong stress resistance, able to quickly adapt to the fast-paced and multi-tasking work mode of the e-commerce industry;

Good communication and expression skills, organizational coordination skills and execution ability; careful and rigorous in work, strong sense of responsibility, and good service awareness and team spirit;

Proficient in the use of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with basic document writing and data statistics ability;

Familiarity with local recruitment processes and relevant laws and regulations in Malaysia is preferred.
