Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate new store opening projects from pre-construction planning to final handover.
  • Supervise and follow up with construction contractors to ensure renovation work, layout, signage, and fixtures are completed according to company standards, safety requirements, and schedule.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and onsite issues, and propose timely solutions to avoid delays.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Construction, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure store launch resources (staffing, equipment, inventory, promotional materials) are well-prepared.
  • Provide operational guidance to franchisees and store teams, ensuring readiness for opening day and ongoing operational consistency.
  • Streamline retail workflows and SOPs by identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements across store operations.
  • Gather feedback from frontline teams and franchise partners to analyze performance trends, address operational pain points, and support continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related fields.
  • 3+ years experience in retail operations, store development, project management, or franchise management.
  • Experience working with contractors / supervising renovation or store setup is strongly preferred.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Willing to travel to store sites when required.
